Our two service offerings are Recurring Facility Cleaning and Construction Cleaning. Recurring service focuses on ongoing care for occupied workplaces. Construction Cleaning focuses on the details of a completed project before handover or occupancy.
What can be included in recurring facility cleaning?
A recurring scope can cover workspaces, reception areas, shared rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, routine floor care, and accessible touchpoints. The specific tasks, surfaces, and frequency are confirmed during your walkthrough.
What is construction cleaning?
Construction Cleaning addresses the cleaning needs of a completed or renovated commercial space. A site review helps define accessible surfaces, dust and residue, floor care, interior glass, readiness, and the final handover schedule. Specialized materials and unusual conditions need separate review.
Can the cleaning plan fit our operating hours?
Share your preferred service window, access arrangements, and any sensitive areas. These details help shape the proposed schedule and are confirmed before service begins.
Estimates & planning
Is the online cleaning estimate a final quote?
No. The estimator provides an illustrative average monthly cost based on its size and schedule settings. Final values will be based on a walkthrough and actual cleaning needs.
Does the estimator price construction cleaning?
The monthly estimator is a starting point for a scheduled cleaning plan. Construction Cleaning requires a separate project review because the work stage, materials, site conditions, and handover needs can vary.
How do General and Deep Cleaning work in the estimator?
These are cleaning levels within the estimator. General Cleaning applies to weekday or mixed schedules. Deep Cleaning applies exclusively to weekend-only schedules. The level is automatically determined by your selected days.
Which days can I choose in the estimator?
A schedule containing weekdays requires at least two weekdays. Weekend-only selections use Deep Cleaning. Six- and seven-day schedules show “Premium applied.” The calculator explains when a selection needs adjusting.

The walkthrough identifies the areas, surfaces, access conditions, and priorities. Those details inform a tailored scope, service frequency or project stages, and pricing for review before service begins.
